How to ensure a safe and positive purchase on me2u.

DOLA wants you to enjoy buying on me2u and to help ensure a positive buying experience we have put together these guidelines to follow when dealing with a seller that you have not dealt with previously.

1)Learn as much as possible about the item that you are planning to purchase. Read the description carefully and make sure you understand the payment, postage and inspection options available to you.
  • DOLA Terms & Conditions State ALL items must be available for inspection and collection.
2)Research the items value by looking at similar listings on me2u. You can also check prices on other online shops.
  • If the price seems too good to be true, it probably is.
3)Check the seller’s verification status. The best sellers are those with all 5 categories. DOLA is not able to recommend sellers that are not verified by all 5 steps.
 
- Email is Valid
- Phone is Valid
- Address is Valid
- Credit Card is Provided
- 100 Point ID is Valid
4)Review the sellers feedback and ratings
5)Ask the seller questions if you are unsure about any aspect of the auction at all.
6)If you do not feel comfortable about any aspect of the sellers details and are unable to clarify them further then simply don’t bid.

Please look at the ratings of sellers and use the feedback vigilantly.

Disputes that arise between buyers and sellers are extremely difficult to adjudicate and again it is the responsibility of all buyers to ensure they are dealing with a fully verified seller.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure the security of all buyers we ask all to be vigilant in buying and reporting any poor selling behaviours.

DOLA will take steps to cancel accounts where necessary but is unable to provide refunds where buyers have deposited funds into a sellers account.
